Klarna is looking for a Senior Integration Sales Manager to the office in Cologne.
Working tasks:
With a combination of tech and sales knowledge, Integration Sales exceeds the forested contribution margin of each opportunity. This is done by ensuring high quality and smooth integrations that fit the processes of our merchants best and optimizing both conversion and share of checkout.
Our Senior Integration Sales Managers are specialists in removing friction in the checkout which improves the shopping experience for the consumer, increases sales for the e-store, and therefore increases revenue for Klarna Germany!
To reach the goals of Klarna, the Senior Integration Sales Manager acts as a consultant regarding technical questions who contacts new merchants and partner. You will also be involved in the Sales process before the contract is signed. Directly after new merchants are signed, it will be your task to consult them about how to implement Klarna's services, the importance of a friction free checkout and going live with Klarna's payment methods!
The
role ensures high quality and smooth integrations,
set them live on the spot with highest quality according to set
measurements and support them through the entire process until they
are live at the online shop! Thus, the role must constantly work to
improve and simplify the integration routines. Primary focus will be
our larger merchants with more complex processes. The position also
leads Junior Integration employees with diversified background and
work tasks.
Requirements:

Experience in E-Commerce with online shop systems, ERP/inventory control systems and their internal processes is required

Experience in project management is desired

Experience with programming is a plus

Earlier work experience as Technical Consultant, Presale Consultant or Solution Manager is appreciated
