What you can expect:

  • You are responsible for on-site support, order execution and consulting for front-end components (standard communication software, applications, workstation computers, printers, peripherals)
  • You are responsible for the standardized backend systems (servers, applications) according to installation instructions and guidelines; (telephony) immediate help in the event of hardware and software problems (hotline function).
  • You are responsible for the computer operation in the workplace environment (including client, printer, scanner, etc.); Performing the tasks from preparing the systems to delivering the results as instructed.
  • You will be able to deliver high quality Computer Workplace Support for Win and Mac OSX, iOS, Android etc., User HelpDesk (Ticket System), Planning, Assuring and Optimizing their Service Quality in the Category Problem-, and Change Management with global Focus.
  • You ensure to schedule appointments in a framework of Task / and Project work.
  • You are an Influencer for successful professional communication and collaboration with our Customers.

What you should bring:

  • You have Interest to work in NEW to built Service Domain “IT- Workplace”, (CIT-OGW).
  • You have at least 6+ years Experience in Global Organisation with Solutions, Vendors, Hard-, Software and Applications and Cloud.
  • You have 2 to 3+ years Experience as an IT-Service Manager with personal Responsibility in globally oriented Organization.
  • You provide strategic and technical direction over major initiatives and architectures. You understand the needs of the business, and are responsible for major business initiatives and technical innovations.
  • You typically serve as the right-hand to Department Head, and flawlessly execute complicated technology designs and solutions with no oversight.
  • You have strong Experience in Corporate-IT, Hard-, Software Solutions, Vendors Knowledge, Change Support and in Management for Service Providers with Problem- and Change Management.
  • You have strong Experience in following Vendors: vmware, virtual Desktop Solutions, lenovo, Apple, Microsoft, Google, AWS, JMF (Casper Suite).
  • You are a professional respectable and trustworthy person for your global Team.
  • You are a very good leader, influencer, communications partner and Sparring partner.
  • You are performance-oriented, highly motivated to organize your Team with very good fundamentals in social competence & methodological skills.
