Our Business IT Customer Solutions department within E.ON Business Services in Essen is looking for a

CRM Solution Designer (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Advising the departments on the use of MS Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Clarification and detailing of business requirements in the CRM environment in close cooperation with the specialist departments and external providers
  • Development of sustainable solutions designs for the implementation of business requirements
  • Content management of the technical implementation for internal and external service providers
  • Customizing of the corresponding systems and control of implementation by external service providers
  • Responsibility for sustainable application lifecycle management for the corresponding CRM systems
  • Active participation in "Incidents & Problems" in relation to the corresponding applications to find solutions as quickly as possible

Qualifications

  • Study of computer science or comparable education
  • Excellent technological knowledge of MS Dynamics Online (exceeding customizing and PPT level)
  • Extensive experience in solution design for MS Dynamics Online
  • Sound technical and process knowledge regarding the use of MS Dynamics Online
  • Strong knowledge and interest for new technologies and changing business environments
  • Experience in cooperation with external partners for the further development of CRM solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • German language a plus. Training provided
  • High willingness to travel
