Job description:

As Media Manager you create and administrate the public appearance of Oldendorff Carriers. Take ownership in communicating to the outside world, what Oldendorff stands for and what we have to offer in an innovative, convincing and attractive way. Make it special, different and state of the art, so that people stay in touch and new people become interested in us. You also ensure the functionality, quality and content of the company website in close coordination with the Chairman and the Management of the company.

Your tasks and functions include:

  • Ensuring the consistent adherence to our corporate identity and design (logo, e-mail templates, PowerPoint presentations, datasheets, brochures, giveaways etc.)
  • Developing and managing our (social) media activities including banner and print ads
  • Keeping our website, brochures, centralized „style book“/“brand book“ and presentations up-to-date, accurate and their appearance consistent with our C.I.
  • Working on communication projects (e. g. developing ideas for corporate mobile apps)
  • Acting as an „anchor man“ in presenting our company and our culture in an impressive and contemporary way
  • Working closely with our brand (web-designing) agency in Scotland
  • Proposing and administrating annual budgets for PR and marketing services

Your profile:

  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues at all levels
  • You are highly motivated, creative and like to think out of the box
  • You have a good feeling for a proper/consistent corporate appearance
  • You are familiar with the latest trends in social media and website design
  • You are able to handle content management tools and are well-versed in presentation tools
  • You have the ability to use and manage external technical experts (e. g. Art Department)
  • You are fluent in English with a passion for text
