WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking for an Online ads specialist to join our team.

Someone who can help us with our own and also with our partners’ overall marketing efforts.

As our Online Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for OMDemocracy’s online ads activities.

Some planned and upcoming tasks will include:

• Manage ads activity of current and future clients
• Set up, monitor and optimize PPC campaigns (identify target audiences, creation of the campaign structure, creation of ad groups and ad copies)
• Ensure campaigns are performing in line with client goals and within the allocated budget
• Report campaigns results & provide new campaigns improvements

Requirements to fill this role successfully are as follows:

• Languages: German on a conversational level (since especially at the beginning, we will be selecting mostly German-speaking team members) and English on a conversational level.
• Advanced knowledge & understanding of the online ads world and digital marketing principles (Online Ads, SEO, Social Media, Web Design, Development, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.)
