Assistant to the management (all genders) with focus on accounting

Your mission

We are immediately looking for an assistant (all genders) for the management to support the daily business, the coordination of appointments and customer contacts as well as recurring administrative tasks.

• Scheduling and coordination of appointments as well as management contacts
• Administrative support in the implementation of the paperless office
• Support with the accounting of funding projects and documentation
• Creation of free space for management to realize new ideas
• Preparatory accounting and digital filing

Your profile

Ideally, you bring the following with you:

• Completed training in business administration or balance sheet accounting, or a Bachelor's degree (FH) in business administration or a related discipline
• Ideally, relevant work experience in the area we are looking for in an accounting office or industrial company
• Very good knowledge of the Office 365 environment and related apps
• Software knowledge in the area of DATEV Unternehmen online or CRM and EPR systems is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Self-organized care taker with organizational talent and digital mindset
• Openness to and interest in new technologies and challenges
• Good written and spoken English
