Your projects

  • Consulting of our customers regarding our software by phone or e-mail
  • You communicate all of our SEO know-how to our clients and you´ll conduct presentations to accomplish the Ryte mission with your team
  • You act as a problem solver for our clients by taking ownership of all relevant topics to deliver a solid choice of solutions
  • At our Expert Events you participate actively in certifying our customers and represent Ryte with your entire know-how and great pride and joy as well :-)

What we expect from you

  • Solid working experience in the field of customer service or customer support
  • Solid SEO know-how and passion for your future domain knowledge
  • Service-oriented thinking and acting - daily contact with your customer fulfills you and you have the gift to deeply connect with them
  • Likeable and selfconfident communication with different stakeholders, internally and externally
  • You are able to easily learn new software tools and features
  • Talent for communication and joy in helping people
  • Excellent German and English
