GLOBAL E-COMMERCE MANAGER - WHOLESALE

TARGET OF THE POSITION

  • In this role the main focus is on the implementation and further development of the company’s online wholesale strategy.
  • As global e-commerce manager you are responsible for all aspects of all FELINA’s e-commerce activities and the digital transformation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed business degree (Bachelor or equivalent) with focus on e-commerce/online-marketing.
  • Several years of experience in on-line sales (B2B), preferably in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
  • Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 30% of the time)
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, online content, search engine optimization and fluent cleverest.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and assertiveness – hands-on mentality.
  • Business English fluent, at least one other European language, German is an advantage.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building-up the digital sales department at Felina dealing with all customer-related e-commerce activities (e.g. pure online players, e-shops of department stores, specialty retailers).
  • Management of the global online brand presentation in co-operation with the marketing department and the responsible sales managers.
  • Monitoring of e-commerce business and reporting of sales development, trends, performance of collection, customer feedback and platform development.
  • Acquisition, management and strategic development of international on-line wholesale accounts.
  • Ensuring best in class customer service for online accounts.
