Your Mission

As the Creative Director - Brand, Experience & Digital Design, you will be a strategic thinker and visionary leader. You will focus on building a holistic and outstanding brand that is clearly demonstrating competitive advantage - by its unique design. You understand the strategic success factor of design and will make a significant contribution to the business by ensuring "user-centricity" and design integration.

Moreover, you will be working cross-brands and will be responsible for building distinguished but consistent and harmonic sister brands. The development of outstanding Corporate Designs is your focus area.

You will be working within the Marketing team. But you will also work closely with the Product team to ensure the CD is also mirrored in our user interfaces.

What challenges await you at reev

  • You ensure integrated design work across all essential touchpoints (digital, online, print) in national as well as international environments
  • You constantly develop the brand & CD further but safeguard a unique and harmonic appearance that becomes a differentiating feature for the business
  • You translate the reev CD in all kinds of visual communication and take the lead in projects and strategies
  • You guide UX and Product Design in implementing changes on the digital interfaces so that the brand design is mirrored
  • Develop: Coach the members of the design team and create an efficient environment for them to learn and grow
  • Step up: Increase design quality by building our design system, defining standards, improving them, and training your teammates to use them
  • Cross-brand responsibility: You expand and maintain the brands individually (differentiation from each other) but - at the same time - underline their belonging to the same "house of brands"
  • Collaborate: You closely work with your Marketing colleagues as well as Product, Sales, and Customer Success Management teams

What we need from you

  • You have a university degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related Design speciality
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in communication design (digital incl. website & analogue)
  • You speak German and English fluently, additional languages are a plus
  • You have a proven track record of designing renowned brands
  • You are experienced in designing digital interfaces such as Dashboards and Apps
  • You are able to oversee UX and design projects and experienced in creating user journeys
  • You are experienced and enjoy thinking in different design disciplines to develop a 360° brand experiece
  • Expert level with usual Design apps like: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch)
  • Experience in After Effects, Cinema 4D or Premiere Pro is a plus
  • You want to make an impact: You want to design a brand that is used by thousands of companies and drivers in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong communication skills: You are able to pitch and convince high-level stakeholders
